About us........
Sollerus Rottweilers is a small kennel breeding and showing Rottweilers, approximately 1 hour south of Adelaide. We're located on the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia.
Until 2006 we had competed primarily in ANKC obedience and agility, but when Jo purchased her first show dog, a German Pinscher (Ch Firedragon Empyrean King CCD JD ET), we expanded our horizons into the world of conformation.
In 2009 we purchased a Rottweiler, and it was love! We have remained active in competitive obedience and conformation, with Jo having shown many Rottweilers to their Australian Championship and obedience titles.
In 2012 Jo commenced breeding Rottweilers under a partnership prefix. Then, in 2016 Jamie and Jo received Dogs SA/ANKC approval for the 'Sollerus' Rottweilers prefix, now planning a future of breeding, showing and obedience with our Rottweilers. Jamie and Jo are members of and registered breeders with Dogs SA (ANKC).
We not only aim to breed for type and soundness, but well-balanced temperament and strength of character, which the Rottweiler is recognized for.
Our dogs (and puppies) are loved members of our small family.
